I run a small business and the carpets weren’t looking as sharp as they should be for my business, I really needed them cleaning but it needed to be ‘out of hours’ so as not to inconvenience trade.

I used C2, they were great. Honest and CRB checked. Maybe not the cheapest but you can’t put a price on peace of mind and a top job, well worth the money.

"Fantastic"

Jon is thoroughly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was worried about getting the right person in for the job as my carpet is wool and I wanted a good job doing without any damage.

Jon was flexible, efficient and clearly cared about the work he does. The carpet was left looking beautiful and like new. I would not hesitate in recommending him and will be booking him in for an annual clean, I won't be going anywhere else.

"Excellent service!"

I found Jon to offer a very professional service from the pre-visit through to the finished carpets which are looking great.

He answered any questions & gave useful tips along the way. I will certainly recommend to others.

"Excellent Service"

Just had my carpet cleaned by C2 and the outcome was phenomenal, I have dogs and there were a few stains. They have all been removed and my carpet looks brand new again.

It was dry in minutes. Could not ask for a better outcome and the service was so professional. I would highly recommend using C2.

"One happy customer"

Kids, tea, coffee and juice spills, on cream carpets don't mix. Jon came to the rescue! I wish I had taken a before and after picture, my carpets hadn't been cleaned in a long time, so they'd picked up a few annoying stains.

The after cleaning results are amazing, Jon was very professional and meticulous, I would recommend his business to anyone.

Our sofas were looking a bit tired. I was told about C2 from a friend. I’m pleased I got Jon in.

My sofas look great, whilst they weren’t the cheapest they are certainly the best!

Jon did an extremely professional job, cleaning my lounge and dining room carpet. He explained exactly what he was going to do on arrival.

I am very pleased with the results and will definitely use again.

Jon came to clean my living room and hall carpet and I am so very pleased with the results, it has come up brilliantly clean and fresh.

Jon was very helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble for him, he even managed to squeeze my cleaning in so it was done for Christmas.

I had someone from Newark to do it last year and it was nowhere near as good as Jon's, there were still marks on it whereas with C2carpetcare (Jon) it was spotless. I would most definitely recommend C2carpetcare to absolutely anyone needing this service, Jon does a fantastic job and at a reasonable price too.

"First class service"

We used C2 Carpet Care to clean both our Laura Ashley sofas as well as a heavily soiled Laura Ashley rug..the Sofas were like new & Jon worked a miracle on cleaning the rug thankyou....wouldn't hesitate in using again first class service from start to finish.

"Extremely pleased!"

We were delighted with the service we received from Jon. He was prompt, amicable and offered an extremely professional and thorough service.

We could not have asked for any more. We would certainly recommend C2 Carpet Care and without doubt, will use this company again.

"Excellent service"

Who thought you could get black spray paint out of a cream carpet? well, Jon did! We had to call in the assistance of Jon due to an accident, on shaking a paint can of black spray paint it leaked and splattered the carpet with spots, some quite big.

We thought the carpet would need replacing but Jon managed to clean things to a very acceptable level, amazing. Thank you for your honesty and service.

"Complete house carpet clean"

Delighted with the results of my carpet cleaning from Jon. My daughter had spilt make up all over her carpet and I honestly thought I would need to replace it.

It has come up like new, as have all the carpets in the house. Will definitely be using Jon again to clean my large sofa. He is professional, thorough and well priced. I highly recommend C2 Carpet Care.

"Very professional service offered."

Used the services of C2 Carpet Care today to see what could be done with a staircase, landing and bedroom which had suffered from a variety of stains over the last few years.

Jon arrived exactly when he said he was going to and sent a confirmation text when he was on his way.

His quote for the work was all clearly written up with a full explanation of the type of carpet we had, the flooring as well as an identification of some of the stains.

Once Jon commenced the clean he worked extremely thoroughly through each area. He left no mess or residue anywhere and his technique ensured the carpets were left virtually dry. I have to say his results are exceptional and his effort has given the light cream carpets an excellent lift to freshen up the whole area. would definitely recommend to anyone

I moved into my house two years ago and decided on beige and pale grey carpets.

Madness as I have two dogs! It didn’t take long for them to have various marks on them so I decided to get them cleaned.

C2 Carpet Care was great and professional throughout. They were able to quote a good price and knowing they were members of the NCCA gave me reassurance too.

The end result is amazing; I’d go as far to say the carpets look as good as the day they were first laid. I couldn’t be happier.

I was so impressed with them I’m having my mattresses cleaned soon and I’ll be getting Jon back every year so I can keep my carpets looking as good as new.

"Excellent service"

I was doing some plumbing work and Jon helped me out after I left a stain on one of my customer's carpet, he was quick to respond, dealt with the situation professionally and efficiently... My customer was very impressed with the results, thanks for getting me out of a sticky situation Jon!!!

I had C2 to clean my carpets, I was so impressed they are coming back to do my mattresses.

I had no idea you could get them professionally cleaned. Jon spent a lot of time and care explaining all he did. I’ll certainly be a regular customer from now on.

"Sofa cleaning"

Excellent, polite and friendly service. From the quote to the finished product we were extremely happy with this service. Due to the nature of the clean, that was required due to the loss of our much-loved dog we knew that it wasn’t going to be easy but our once bloodstained sofa is now looking like new.

Would highly recommend.

Living room carpet cleaned by C2, I can highly recommend Jon and his company, he arrived, set up and carried the work without fuss but with excellent results, I would certainly use his company again and recommend him to anyone

"Simply the best..."

I happened to stumble across Jon and I am very pleased that I did. Since the first contact, Jon has been nothing but professional and a true gentleman. If he says he’ll call at 9:00 am he does.

If he says he’ll come round to quote on a specific date and time to suit you - he does. Knows his stuff and very technically competent. Price was also really good as well and pleased with the result. Will be calling Jon again in 12 months. 5 Stars!

"Amazing service"

With several stains from spilt coffee and a naughty pooch, I honestly thought that nothing could save it. Jon has done an amazing job on my wool carpet leaving it looking brand new again!

Very knowledgeable, professional and even managed to fit me in really quickly!
Thanks again Jon

Due to a particularly nasty, and extensive, accident by my puppy on my dad's pale green carpet I had resigned myself to having to replace the carpet. However, I decided to see if anyone could do anything to help and found Jon.

The results have been outstanding, the carpet looks brand new, and Jon himself was extremely helpful throughout, I can't recommend him highly enough

We recently had to handle the sale of a bungalow and wanted it looking smart for the estate agent to show potential buyers around.

C2 cleaned all the carpets and took great care with every room. Great attention to detail and a great result.

"A service beyond the norm"

Fantastic service...old carpets cleaned & dried quickly. Friendly and came to my rescue to clean the carpets whilst my Mum was in the hospital with very little notice.

My kids threw a party whilst I was away.

Spilling drinks on the new carpet. C2 got them out and left my carpets lovely and clean.

I have had every carpet in my house cleaned in anticipation of the arrival of a new baby. Every carpet looks and smells like new! Jon was very thorough and wouldn't let a couple of tricky stains get in the way of a very professional carpet clean.

I was really impressed with just how quickly the carpets were dry after the clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. There's no doubt as soon as the little one is on the move I'll be asking him to come back and restore the carpets following typical toddler destruction!

I used C2 Carpet Care to clean the carpets after my tenants moved out.

They were easy to deal with, did a professional job and the carpets looked as good as new. Great value for money too.

"Urgent help"

I was in need of a carpet cleaner very quickly to deal with a soiled bedroom floor.

Not having any idea about the geographical area I started looking through the local Ravenshead free paper I found an advert I liked that appeared to be able to help me and phoned to enquire.

I could not have chosen a better person. Jon was able to fit me in the next day having called on his way home from a job to give me an estimate. He was confident that he could fit the task in the following day, respectful of the needs of the homeowner and gave me great confidence that the job would be done to the best of his ability. This was the case and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

"First Class Service"

First class service - from start to finish of the job very professional and reliable. Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

"Professional service"

Jon was thorough, reliable and trustworthy. I liked that he tested my carpets before the clean.

The carpets were cleaned like new and even the blue-tak was removed. Highly recommended!

"C2 Carpet Care"

Thanks, Jon for the excellent service and I have no hesitation in highly recommending you.

I couldn’t believe the improvement when my sofa was cleaned.

Brighter, fresher and dry much quicker than I expected as well.

Having received substandard work from a previous company, I contacted C2 and am so happy I did! Fantastic service and what a clean, my carpets look so clean.
Thank you.

"Highly recommend"

Jon did an extremely professional job, cleaning my lounge and dining room carpet.

He explained exactly what he was going to do on arrival. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely use again.

"Great service - a beautifully cleaned carpe"

For Christmas, we had a new puppy but we also had an issue with her toilet training. She would always go on the same carpet.

So we asked C2 carpet care to work there magic. It was the children’s bedroom carpet, they didn’t just clean, sanitise and refresh or cream carpet they removed a section of Playdoh that had been squashed into the carpet for many years.

We are totally thrilled.
Thank you very much

"Very Pleased"

A job well done - Three large rugs and a hall carpet cleaned. Stains I have lived with for years are now gone. I so wish I had done this sooner. My rugs look like new - doggy stains and smell are gone. An efficient service throughout and Jon is friendly, helpful and reliable.

I will definitely use this service again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
